Return & Cancellation Policy

Pre-Order Cancellations

Once a pre-order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, as stock is secured and logistics are arranged based on confirmed quantities. However, you are welcome to revise items to your existing order before relevant pre-order period ends, please contact us at animono.au@gmail.com to do so.

Refunds & Returns

All sales are final and non-refundable. We only facilitate returns or exchanges in the following specific circumstances:

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with adequate evidence (such as clear photos or unboxing videos).

  • Incorrect Items: If you receive a different item than what you ordered, we will arrange a return and resend the correct item to you at no additional cost.

How to Report an Issue

Please inspect your order upon arrival. To report a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at animono.au@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package.

  • Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Condition: For an exchange to be processed, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or blind boxes.
