Order Processing:
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days, or refer to the checkout page for special occasions. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. For pre-order products, please refer to the product page for the most up-to-date information, as processing times may vary due to logistics delays, holidays, or customs clearance.
Local Delivery
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within Australia. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
Important Security Notice (Effective 15 June 2026): To ensure the secure transit and successful receipt of your goods, a signature upon delivery is now mandatory for all parcels fulfilled by our courier networks (excluding Australia Post shipments).
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
*Please note that we only accept residential or business address. Parcel Collect, Parcel Locker, PO box and locked bag are politely declined.

International Delivery
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada, New Zealand, United States and China with a shipping fee of $30 AUD. Please allow 5-10 business days for shipping internationally (Actual delivery time may be affected and is subject to change from the courier).
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Animono is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
